The organic textures of Central Park inspire our interiors for this 19-story tower. The lobby, tenant lounge and game room, private dining room, fitness center, and children’s play area, as well as the elegantly appointed apartments, all use evocative contemporary materials with discreet natural references.

As such, our design invites the sensibility of the park into the everyday lives of residents. The 165,000 square foot project is LEED certified and Robert A.M. Stern designed the tower exterior.
