Built in 1968 and witness of modern, modest and economic architecture, this construction preserved its character and its good way. The plot of land possesses a high-quality landscaped heritage: its old orchard and a cordon afforested by hundred-years-old oaks.The object of the renovation of the house concerns an enlargement of the floor surface to welcome an additional room, under the cover of the garage and a winter garden, a stage right, which prolongs the size of the roof.

All the additions are executed by wood and by glass; a vertical bardage filters the light through the glazings of the new outside walls, in mind of the original architecture.

The construction of a place setting with car and an independent detached flag of house in the north part of the garden comes to complete the project of group, by reinterpreting the constructive mode of the existing house.
