The Tree House is a privately owned, exclusive and modern villa overlooking the lake in the Khiran region, Kuwait’s most luxurious private resorts area. While the project’s plot area covers about 4.500 m², its built up area amounts to 2.300 m².

The villa with straight lines and geometrical shapes, its structure resembling a treetop with a house in it, emerges from the landscape and consists of 2 floors offering prestigious highlights:

• contemporary modern architecture
• a smart building system featuring state-of-the-art technology
• the key concept having the interior focus on the lake and the endless landscape overlooked by the main front, where a vast infinity pool (with a Jacuzzi and a bar within) is also located
• all interior finishings made of high-end materials
