Winning starts one step at a time, and with new ownership taking over and a new direction needing to be set – a remodel to their offices seemed a necessity.

Creating an environment that fosters a singular belief can be challenging when so many pieces and parts are doing so many different things, and access of the public meets with the privacy necessary to operate a successful organization. Making the organization present, but in a refined way that brings life and excitement became the conceptual approach.

A yes attitude for the resources, a game attitude for the young upstarts, a professional and positive attitude for the organization and management. Small touches of team colors sprinkled through the space turned from dim to dynamic and professional, but whimsical aspects set the foundation for believing – that what can be done, will be done – in due time…
