The Collier Place project is a distinctly modern design for a new mixed-use development on a one acre site in Downtown Fayetteville. A relevant merger of materials and style seeks to blend the new building with the long time community anchor, Collier Drugstore. Rising above the dilapidated residential context, the effective design embraces the existing site section and compactly places parking, commercial space, apartments, and amenities to securely meet the public/private demands of the prominent site. This footprint embodies a sustainable design, providing walkable urban living in the heart of the city.

A mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom modern and efficient apartment units incorporate open and flexible living areas that take advantage of interior views to the site as well as scenic views of the University of Arkansas and the surrounding Boston Mountains in the Ozarks. Balconies, roof gardens and a pool courtyard are key amenities that add to the quality of the livable space for tenants. Understated and durable materials such as modular brick, stucco and natural wood screen elements are joined in a simple and elegant composition to provide a refreshing accommodation in Fayetteville.
