PLANNING AND ELEVATION HIGHLIGHTS

The mall is so planned that you enter into grandeur of open to sky atrium topped by a skylight and a number of alleys of shops for a an amazing shopping experience.

The elevation is designed as to make this project a landmark in itself right in the heart of city.

It is an absolute contemporary form to establish it own’s identity and break the standard glass and steel stereotype trend of mall design.

Cam-01The twist in the whole thing is that thou its a contemporary form, it has a traditional touch touch to it with introduction of traditional jali elements forming a major part of design.

In short, it is an effort to create something new and unique with a slight traditional feel.

The front facade is a complete glazed facade to cater to the visual aspect of the shops facing road, with introduction of some jali panels to break monotony and also work as sun shade for the shops.

It also compliments that one jali panel from bottom to top used for enclosing the existing temple and tree in an aesthetic manner.

The side facade, is mainly used for services and hence is solid with jali element added for the ventilation of these service areas.

arialAlso to break this solid massing, the portion facing the internal lobbies are provided with quadruple glazed facade.

Random square niches created at the corner of the facade not only caters to the requirement of branding of shops- a basic necessity and highlight for the upcoming malls, but also breaks the solid massing into interesting composition.

Double glazed facade with low ‘E’ coated glass & aluminium composite panel cladding.

Designed jali panels for concealing toilet shafts and service areas which also camouflages with the elevation and evolve as a strong design element.

A well distinguished grand entrance topped by a glass overhang canopy.

Provision of mood lighting for building facade.
