House facing a green square. The front façade is oriented to the northwest overlooking a square with trees. Downstairs there’s a garage and access, living rooms, veranda and service spaces; upstairs, four bedrooms, restrooms, a second living room and a veranda. We tried to provide it with a maximum continuity of space, removing barriers wherever possible.
Special attention was given to natural and artificial lighting and integration with the outside world. The structure is made of reinforced concrete; doors and windows with a white painted aluminum frame.
