In the upper level are master badroom with toilet, child room, wardrobe, toilet and entrance to the terrace.

Terrace has decking floor with  fields of grass. In the center is big jardinière with evergreen tree. On the one side of tree there is jacuzzi with sun beds and on the other side is comfortable outdoor furniture.
