Furniture Alvaro Uribe | Mantis Table

Part of a study into bone structure and insect morphology, the table is a reflection of bio-inspired design.

By integrating structure into the form of the legs, the table uses the least amount of aluminium still being able to hold six times its own weight.

Its gesture of a Praying Mantis, dynamic and natural.
