Architecture ar-ter | Poses Basses

ar-ter | Poses BassesSituated in the small village of Poses Basses in Jussy, this farm dating 1850 is a part of a set of houses and of rural dependencies of a farmer family in an agricultural domain.

The rural building consists of three spans allocated to the traditional function: the barn, the stable, the cellar.

The intervention is based on the principles such as the organization of the tripartite plan, the re-use of the original  levels, the repair and restoration of the envelope, the contemporary treatment of the new joineries and the concept of “boxes” for the sanitary equipments and the layouts on the first floor.
