Sited amidst architect Hans Poelzig’s heritage-protected urban ensemble, L40 is a collaborative design by artist Cosima von Bonin and Roger Bundschuh, initiated by the Verein zur Förderung von Kunst und Kultur am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz e.V.

Its monolithic, sculptural form is expressed in exposed black concrete.
