TID is a Stockholm based watch brand founded in 2012 by Ola Eriksson, Petrus Palmér and design studio Form Us With Love’s Jonas Pettersson and John Löfgren. TID is the Swedish word for “time” and accordingly TID strives to offer iconic products with genuine value over time. With a limited range of unique pieces, we produce striking products to wear everyday.
No.1 reduces the functions of a watch to the barest of essentials — an easy-to-read dial, adjustable strap, and two choices of color. No.1 is made of stainless steel, milled and then given a black ion coating for durabilty, a finish that gives it just the right amount of matte versus glass on the wrist, while the only noticable branding is punched into the side.
The TID No.1 collection is designed by Form Us With Love – a Swedish design studio founded 2005, operating from Stockholm. Together the studio has partnered with craftsmen, engineers and material experts to challenge the conventional through design. In 2012, Fast Company named Form Us With Love as one of the world’s ‘50 most influential designers shaping the future’. In 2013 the studio was awarded ‘Designers Of The Year’ by ELLE Decoration.

TID aims to be the faithful everyday pick that goes with any style. It’s the wristwatch equivalent of your Levi’s 501’s, of your Dr. Martens or your Ray-Ban Wayfarers. On one hand TID sets out to make iconic watches to wear through shifts in times and styles. On the other, TID acts as a canvas for artists, thinkers, writers and visualisers to conduct creative research on the subject of time. In that sense, TID is less of a watch brand and more of a time brand.
