The basic concept is based on the fact that the new housing complex is in the spirit of its environment, ie. New Belgrade. The survey concluded that the solution to a modern interpretation of New Belgrade, customized functionality, aesthetics and the current needs of today’s users. Based on the research, we can conclude that the present trend of developing the blocks move in the form of half-open structure, ie. with facilities provided to the edges of the plot and its interior volume of the right of the block, so that our thoughts and ideas koncepiranje moving in that direction.
Spatial and functional organization consists of two zones:
a) the access road are Dr. Ivana Ribara at a height of 77.55 meters, where the isprojektovani residential complex with required parking spaces and green areas within the block.
b) the zone of green and open areas used for recreation, the average elevation of 72 meters, in addition to the complex subject.
The residential complex consists of two buildings, which is a form derived from a compact block, with two ”openings” provide ventilation and views of green open spaces, while still retaining the feeling ”indenteds” within the block. Area sports and recreation area is connected with the complex of the two pedestrian pasarele. Her most part are green areas for walking, while the lower part designed for football, basketball, volleyball and tennis.
During design, account is taken to be the potential location and natural features as much use to obtain a quality solution. The position of the building was influenced wind rose, to avoid hard airing between apartment buildings. That is why reported the figure specified, staggered points, in order to achieve circulated motion of the wind. Thus, the interior space is comfortable and indented, and opens the possibility of greater use of the user.
On the other hand, different leveling at a given location and to provide both great opportunities and potentials of the same, especially when it comes to recreation area. The existing dam can be used to obtain the stands, which provide their real amphitheater form. The housing complex consists of 14 parts (10 typical and 4 corners) by FP+6F+Attic. Communications verticals are projected in the central part. Around the core is formed 7-8 dwelling units.
