The service area is separated from the rest of the house and has an independent access and is composed by a laundry room and a service bedroom.

_MG_2533The garden is in the lower level, and is fenced by 2 levels of stone gardening around the perimeter of the terrain. This is because of the volume of excavation; also the terrain is surrounded by green fencing up to 3 meters.

_MG_2560CONCEPT DESCRIPTION

The house has a concept of being a modern container of the first generation of Le Corbusier projects, where natural materials such as stone, marble and wood were used, to avoid using temporal references.

_MG_2499The first level was worked as a glass box which allows the house’s projection above the exteriors, which had a privileged landscaping treatment and exterior illumination which can be altered depending the social situations.

The second floor was thought as a pierced container, with a higher roof to enhance the interior sensation, in contrast with the first level which is projected to the exterior.

The intention was to create a different proposition which lodges a series of codes whose time would be hard to recognize, in a way that the same house could age with the users.

The whole house contains references of different types, making it both modern, but also trying to belong in an alternative future.
