Modulus | Local 9144When it came time for the local drywaller’s union to finally remodel their space, strong recommendations came from all corners for MODULUS’ involvement in the project. Though they’d worked with a myriad of architects over the years – few, they believed, could deliver a simple expression of material and space (on a budget) like MODULUS.

Modulus | Local 9144Aww shucks – we were flattered, and took their problem and project to heart. Designing their simple office space to grow as they needed, integrate the functions critical to their successful operation, and all the while sharing with each member, employee, and friend their love of their material and its obvious depth and design importance became the sole driving factor and conceptual cornerstone.

Modulus | Local 9144Drywall, sheetrock, gypsum board – call it what you want… we made it shine, and in the process, managed to make the adjacent electrical, masonry, and carpenter’s union shops jealous.
