Modulus | Peake-DA ranch style 1950’s home, like many others – with a desire by the owner to turn it into something they could love, like many others. With a move towards warmer materials and a natural palette, as well as the introduction of new roof lines, a cool roof to reflect the sun, cellar like treatment to skylights that would warm the interior with cascading shadows, and steep dynamic roof edges to both maximize winter solar gain and add character to a home void of it – the transformation is underway for simple strokes and creative details to turn a house into a home.
