Concept & Competition 300 elevation

The building contributes into the creation of a new skyline in the urban fabric of Beirut. At the same time, it stands out as an autonomous sculpture that gives pride to its residents.

vue sassine saabThe building includes a commercial entity on its ground floor and a diversity & variety of luxurious small apartments offering a choice from1, 2 or 3 apartments per floor.

vue saabThe apartment size changes with the levels due to the different cuts created by the overall silhouette of the building.
