Skyz would be the new address for contemporary living with its soaring towers at 60m and plush green environs of 9 acres which blends into the high rise urban fabric framing the skyline of Gurgaon city. The project will house 3 BHK condominiums embodied into one of the first integrated townships of Gurgaon.
The layout portrays anatomy of a living organism where dwelling unit clusters form the protective shell overseeing the extensive landscaped greens bringing the outside in. The elevated podium surface forms the green lungs segregating pedestrian and vehicular movement, also forming a blanket for stilt and basement parking which accommodates roughly 1030 cars. The recreational facilities like Swimming pool, jogging track, basketball court etc. are intricately woven into the design blueprint ameliorating interaction between users.
The design exemplifies a model of sustainable neighborhood as it promotes walk ability, with a well planned network of pedestrian pathways between clusters and greens. Also facilities like convenient shopping, recreational, healthcare etc. are provided within the development along with MRTS connectivity outside providing an easy access to public transit. The compact high rise development model of 9 towers housing 680 units would reduce the concrete mass and thereby help in minimizing the heat island effect.
The dwelling unit layout allows openness from all sides, optimizing views and maintaining airflow. Balconies designed as deep cantilevers which form the buffer areas will protect the abodes from the hot summer sun. The façade would be treated with pale colors imparting subtlety to the entire scheme and horizontal bands which break down the vertical mass, the pinnacles marking the skies.Location: Gurgaon, India
