The new building of Purelake House with its pearlescent green façade made of ALUCOBOND spectra® Amazon perfectly integrates into its surroundings. It is located in the north side of Plaistow Lane. It comprises a mix of office and residential buildings and although in close proximity to existing properties it has been well received and is now a local landmark.

Some of these features include an integrated PV roofing membrane, low-energy lighting, air-to-air heat pumps, ‘A’ rated gas-fired boilers and a heat recovery system.
