Located in an upbeat urban mixed-use district that includes a class-A office building and residential condominium, a destination retail shopping venue is planned to complement existing amenities, the 44,000-SF Hotel Beaux Arts heralds a new boutique brand embodying an exclusive luxury experience.
Inspired by the ‘art of experience,’ the design team created a hotel emulating a gallery space that resonates with discerning guests.
The hotel concept is conceived as a presentation of luxury craftsmanship. Custom-designed modern interiors and furnishings are set against fine art displays, immersing guests in a museum-quality journey. A warm, neutral color palette based in white, grey, black, copper and ochre tones creates an understated, complementary backdrop for the showcased art.
Public areas including the lounge, restaurant and bar are integral to this elevated fine-art experience.
Guests of the recently-opened Hotel Beaux Arts are greeted with a private check-in and personally escorted to the 39th floor, where the boutique hotel is located. As the first of the distinctive boutique brand, the 30-room, 14-suite hotel embodies exclusivity with its art-gallery feel and décor.
Every element of each guestroom is designed with an artisan approach. Hotel guests enter through uniquely textured metal stamped doors to modern classic interiors and furnishings set against displays of fine art.
The welcoming color palate and uptown residential quality are nuanced by artisan custom millwork, wood and stone flooring.
The apparent blend of innovative design and technology caters to guest needs.
Custom area rugs, ambient lighting, touch-controlled, illuminated bathroom faucets, and Italian marble baths exude comfort, class and novel luxury. Each room is outfitted with Bang & Olufsen entertainment systems – the first hotel in Florida to do so – HD-LCD flat screen TVs and a home theatre system. Guestroom amenities also feature iPads, remote controlled drapery and custom bedding.
