The home is located in in the western part of Mexico City. The access to the house is on the ground floor where you can find a gorgeous lobby, connecting with the stairs that will take you a half level above to a new lobby that counts with a double-height space that communicates the public areas, where you can find the dining room and the terrace with a view toward the rear garden. The dining room is attached to the kitchen which is also overlooking the rear garden, linked this to the service area.
On a high floor we can find a double height space that finishes with a view toward ground floor, where you can find the family room, the main bedroom, the secondary bedrooms with one balcony each, taking advantage of the space and the view. At the basement area, in the lower mid-level, we can find a new bedroom, which is located near the garden, with a large terrace.
Also the workspace and recreation space are located in that level, in case client´s receive guests for any celebration, space at the same time, conformed by a terrace and main bathroom, connected to the garden.
