The term “house” is connected to a huge universe of meanings. It does not refer to a building bound for habitation, residence and its properties, it can allow a different and symbolic dimension. The contemporary house transcends which is known as a shelter and then, the structure follow up the new control forms, new social, cultural and professional programs. New ways of urban and domestic life propel the architecture changings.

The ESPACE 715 project arises as an option for a young couple that looks for a space to the family that is about to be developed. The four different typologies cater to the different moments of this development and also allow the same typology switchover.

The houses Project priories the plan flexibility, intense natural illumination and volumetric distinctions. The 71,5m² main floor will accommodate the living and dinner room, services areas, kitchen and leisure (back patio). Inside this zone, there is a social space to receive friends and family.

The upper floor rules the house typology which, in this project, can be these forms:
715W – The 64,99m² space will have three big suites.
715X – The 60,70m² will have a suite, two bedrooms, a study and a complete bathroom.
715Y- The 37,83m² will have two suites, a closet and a study. It is also going to have a big 31,00m² solarium with direct access, it’s an hybrid space (private/social).
715Z- The 27,60m² space will have a suite, a closet and a study. It is also going to have a big 31,00m² solarium with direct access, it’s an hybrid space (private/social).

Therefore, it is offered to the young couple, a flexible and accessible house which contains all the necessary elements to the development of a familiar life. The symbolic elements that recall the definition of “home” is kept and the spaces are adapted to a contemporary life.
