Concept & Competition Affonso Risi Architect | Residence II

Affonso Risi Architect | Residence II House facing an urban forest . The front façade is oriented to southeast overlooking a beautiful landscape.  Downstairs there’s a garage, an office and access. Living rooms, veranda and service spaces are upstairs. In second floor there are four bedrooms, restrooms, a tv room and a veranda.

Affonso Risi Architect | Residence II We tried to provide it with a maximum continuity of space, removing barriers wherever possible. Special attention was given to natural and artificial lighting and integration with the outside world. The structure is made of reinforced concrete; doors and windows with a white painted aluminum frame.
