A two-level apartment with a floor area of 1200 sq.ft Level one constitutes the day zone – space available to guest .Level two is more private, intended mainly for the family members. The apartment is owned by a very well known cardiac surgeon Dr. Parwez Alam. The austere, minimalist and monochromatic interior is softened with the use of strong color elements. Apartment with level one is planed for the use of hall, kitchen, dinning, living and guest room. While at level two it consist of kids room, master bedroom and living hall. The living area has been played by the simple straight lines which gives a contemporary look.
The panel wooden wall has also been highlighted by triangles inlay work at living area. The triangle also has been placed smartly at kitchen elevation. The kid’s room basically has a theme of triangle shape, which is used very interestingly in every piece of furniture to give it very modern and catchy look. I would rather say the designer has played with triangle shape very differently in many areas in this project. The dining area has been separated by the wooden batten which continues at wall, ceiling and dinning table at the area. The master bedroom has a very minimalist look with the very soft color theme. The curve at head board plays a smart role to break the monotony.Location: Sanjibani, Jamshedpur, India Architect: Arturo Interiors
