Lighting Brendan Ravenhill | Hood Chandelier

Introducing the Hood Chandelier

We are proud to introduce the new Hood Chandelier, the latest addition to our Hood family of lighting. The asymmetrical white oak frame, suspended from a brass wiring hub, gives this fixture a dynamic reading from every angle. As with our Hood Sconce and Hood Pendant, white polyethylene shades are attached to vertical oak spines with nylon bolts. Cloth-covered wiring emanates from a brass wiring hub to complete a sophisticated and modern look. The Hood Chandelier is available now through our online store.

Brendan Ravenhill | Hood ChandelierJoin us for our Lighting Workshop at Poketo!

If you’re in the Los Angeles area, we invite you to meet Brendan at the Poketo Storefront in the Arts District to learn the ins and outs of lighting, electricity, and walk away with a new pendant light designed specially for this event! In this Lighting 101 class, Brendan will teach you how to wire and assemble a brass pendant, including switches, plug and socket. Through this hands-on approach, you’ll not only become familiar with the best wiring practices but also learn how to use standard components to make your own design at home. This event will take place on Saturday, September 22nd from 2 to 5pm. Limited spots are availble through Poketo’s online store.

Lastly we are excited to share with you the Black Counter Stool: the newest member to our Black Chair family. Standing at 34 inches tall with 24 inch high seat, the Black Counter Stool features the same refined construction and plush upholstery as the Black Chair and Black Stool. The mid-height backrest provides comfortable support, while being short enough to allow the stool to be tucked away below countertops. The Black Counter Stool is available now through our online store.
