Office building for the social services (OCMW) of the town of Ternat, built according to the passive house principal.

De Bouwerij - Sociaal Huis te TernatThe building is situated in the back garden of a listed building of historic interest. The skin of the new office building is about the integration into the walled garden and the preservation of privacy as well of its clients as of the neighbouring gardens.
